How many slabs can I ship at once?
You can ship up to 19 slabs per shipment for a single price. This means, if you choose to select 1 slab or 19 slabs to ship, your price to ship is the same. Currently, Ripit only ships to your location in the United States.
How long until my slab ships?
After you submit a shipping request, slabs typically process and ship within 14 business days using FedEx. If you do not receive shipping tracking information within 14 business days please contact [email protected].
How do I track my shipment?
When your slab ships, you'll receive a FedEx tracking number on your Collection page under the “Shipped” tab. Enter your tracking number at fedex.com for status updates. If you haven't received a tracking number within 14 business days of your request, contact [email protected].
What if my card arrives damaged?
Slabs are packed and shipped to high standards. If your card arrives damaged, contact [email protected] with photos of the packaging and the card, and save all packaging as your slab may qualify for insurance coverage.
Can I change my shipping address after placing a request?
Once a shipment has been requested, the shipping address for that delivery cannot be changed.
