Understanding your balance
Total Balance: the full value of funds currently held in your account that you can use to buy packs on the platform.
Available to Withdraw: the portion of your balance you can transfer to your bank. New funds can take time to become available for withdrawal, so the two numbers may not always match.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be subject to temporary review holds in certain cases, including new accounts, high-value transactions, or accounts with pending disputes.
