How do I create an account?
Create an account by following the sign-up prompts and providing the requested information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated to maintain account access.
Certain features require identity, age, payment-method, fraud, sanctions, or other compliance checks. Review our Terms of Service for additional considerations.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Ripit uses identity and age verification to confirm eligibility, protect accounts and transactions, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal and compliance requirements.
Verification may be completed by a third-party provider. Your verification documents are submitted through that provider’s secure process, and Ripit receives the verification status and related compliance information needed to operate the account.
What ID types are accepted?
Accepted identification may include a valid driver’s license, passport, or state-issued identification card. The document must be current, clear, and match the legal name and date of birth on your account.
The verification screen will show the document types currently accepted for your account.
How long does verification take?
Verification usually takes a few minutes and is typically completed in less than 15 minutes. It may take longer if additional review is required.
If verification remains pending or you receive an error, follow the instructions shown in the verification flow or contact Ripit Support.
What should I do if my verification fails?
Make sure your identification image is clear, complete, and not expired, and that the legal name and date of birth on your account match the document.
Follow any retry instructions shown in the verification flow. If you still cannot complete verification, contact Ripit Support. Do not email a copy of your government ID unless Support provides an approved secure method.
